Required of all migratory bird and waterfowl hunters under age 64, including lifetime license holders. Valid from July 1 through the following June 30. Youth under 18 not hunting waterfowl but hunting other migratory birds are exempt from this permit.

Annual hunting license required for residents age 18 or older. New in 2024: Now includes fur and trapping licenses. Additional licenses and/or permits may be required.
